Invite Members
Generate an Invite Link
- Go to the Settings tab in Alliance Studio
- Click Create Invite Link
- Copy the generated link
The link looks like: https://studio.evonytools.com/join/abc123
Share the Link
Share the invite link with your alliance members via:
- Discord (paste in your alliance channel)
- In-game alliance chat
- Direct message
When members click the link, they’ll be prompted to sign in with Discord and will automatically join your alliance workspace.
Member Roles
Members join with a default role. R5s (admins) can change roles from the Roster tab:

| Admin (R5) | Full access: roster, events, settings, billing, recruitment |
| Manager (R4) | Create events, manage rallies, view CRM, process applications |
| Member | View roster, sign up for events, self-service profile |
Member Limits
The number of members depends on your plan:

| Commander | 110 |
| Strategist | 200 |
| Coalition | 500 |
If you hit the cap, existing members are never removed. You just cannot add new members until you upgrade or remove inactive ones.
Join Requests
Instead of invite links, alliances can also accept join requests:
- Enable join requests in Settings
- Members search for your alliance and click Request to Join
- R4+ members approve or reject from the Roster tab
This is useful for public-facing alliances that want to vet applicants.
