How to Cancel

  1. Go to the Billing page in Alliance Studio
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. We’ll ask one quick feedback question (optional but appreciated)
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your alliance drops to the Free tier.

Your data stays for 30 days after cancellation. If you change your mind, just re-subscribe and everything will be there.

Before You Cancel

Consider these alternatives:

  • Downgrade to Commander ($6/mo) to keep core features at a lower price
  • Switch to annual billing to save up to 20%
  • Contact support if something isn’t working — we may be able to fix it

If this is your first subscription to any paid plan and you’re within 14 days of your first payment, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Plan Refunds

After the 14-day money-back guarantee, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel anytime, and no further charges will be made.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@evonytools.com with your alliance name or billing email. We process refunds within 3 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

After Cancellation

  • Your alliance drops to the Free tier (60 members, basic features)
  • Paid features become read-only (you can view but not create/edit)
  • Data is retained for 30 days
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access
