Create an Alliance

Step 1: Sign in with Discord

  1. Visit studio.evonytools.com
  2. Click Sign in with Discord
  3. Authorize Alliance Studio to access your Discord username and avatar
  4. You’ll be redirected back to Alliance Studio

Alliance Studio only requests your Discord username, avatar, and user ID. We never ask for your Evony login credentials.

Step 2: Create Your Alliance

After signing in, you’ll see the alliance creation screen:

  1. Enter your alliance tag (e.g., “ABC” — the 3-letter tag from in-game)
  2. Enter your alliance name (e.g., “Alpha Bravo Charlie”)
  3. Enter your server number (e.g., 1234)
  4. Click Create Alliance

Your alliance is now set up. You’ll be taken to the home dashboard.

Step 3: Import Your Roster

You have three options for adding members to your roster:

  1. Take a screenshot of your alliance member list in Evony
  2. Go to the Roster tab
  3. Click AI Import and upload the screenshot
  4. The AI will extract member names, power levels, and ranks automatically
  5. Review and confirm the extracted data

This uses your AI credits (5/month on Free tier, more on paid plans).

Option B: Manual Entry

Add members one by one from the Roster tab using the Add Member button.

Option C: CSV Import

If you have member data in a spreadsheet, export it as CSV and use the Import CSV button in the Roster tab.
