Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from the Billing page. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.

Never. Alliance Studio never asks for, stores, or transmits your Evony login credentials. We use Discord OAuth for authentication only. Your Evony account is never accessed. See our Credential Safety statement.

What happens if I downgrade?

You keep all your data. Features above your new tier become read-only — you can still view them but cannot create or edit until you upgrade again. No data is deleted on downgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription, no questions asked. Annual plans are prorated within 30 days (60 days for Coalition). See Cancel & Refund for details.

How do I switch plans?

Self-serve from the Billing page via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days of Strategist for free when you sign up. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you drop back to Free unless you subscribe.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Is pricing per-user or per-alliance?

Per-alliance. One subscription covers all members of your alliance. Whether you have 10 members or 200, the price is the same within your tier’s member cap.

What happens if my payment fails?

You have a 3-day grace period. During this time, your features remain active while Stripe retries the charge. If the payment still fails after 3 days, your alliance is downgraded to the Free tier. Update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal to restore your plan.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. All invoices are available from the Billing page. You can view them online or download PDFs. Stripe also emails receipts automatically after each payment.

Do you charge tax?

Stripe Tax is enabled, so applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and added at checkout based on your location. The tax amount is shown before you confirm payment.
